The room I received was new-fashioned and exquisite.

I got great value for my money at the Hyatt Residence Club. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had an amazing view from the balcony. The location was perfect, right by the beach with a beautiful pool. The staff were friendly and responsive, making my stay even better.

Hotel breakfast could use some improvement, maybe more variety or a few healthier options.

The staff's attention to detail and service is impeccable.

This hotel offers amazing value for money with its spacious two-bedroom units and stunning ocean views. The modern yet warm touches in the rooms create a welcoming ambiance, perfect for a family stay with our adult children. We were also impressed by the attention to detail and top-of-the-line appointments in the unit.

Great Pools! The pools were well-maintained and had a picturesque view. It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy with friends or family. The beach was also clean and beautiful, with crystal clear water.

The rooms were small and looked outdated, with old furnishings and equipment. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were not fluffy.

We loved our stay at this hotel on the beautiful southwest coast of Maui. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and we appreciated the modern and convenient facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen and laundry equipment. The hotel's location was perfect for us, close to everything in west Maui and with easy access to other venues thanks to the nearby beach walkway. The hotel staff were friendly, cheerful and always responsive to our queries, and we highly recommend taking advantage of the optional services. Finally, the free and reliable wifi was a great bonus throughout our stay.

Nothing to dislike.

My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay at this beachside condo. We were impressed with the spacious and comfortable rooms, along with the breathtaking views of the ocean. The staff provided excellent service and we liked that we were able to use the pools at the nearby hotel. We appreciated having a washer and dryer available to use in the room and the fact that we were offered complimentary restaurant coupons was a nice touch.

We did have a few negative experiences. The noise level of the washer and dryer in the room was a bit bothersome and made it difficult to have conversations or relax while the machines were running.
